· Now hit log in
· Now turn ON your Echo
· Now you will see the ring light turning orange. The Echo will appear in the Alexa web app.
· Now Hold the Action button for five seconds
· Now click Settings in the web app
· Now click Set up a new device
· Now choose the Echo type
· Choose Wi-Fi Network
· Click Connect
Now your Amazon echo dot setup is done and you can start using it!

In the Alexa app, you can ask for some things that you can ask of Alexa with an Echo device. You can also request for location-based details, like a weather forecast or search for local hotels.
